What you´ll do Leads and manages the regional Operational Supply Planning organization or the Replenishment team (where applicable)Operational Supply Planner is accountable for managing stock transfers until 1st decoupling point, whilst the Replenishment Planner manages from the 1st decoupling point to the entire networkOversees and manages the short-term production and scheduling plans for Finished GoodsDecides on short-term FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business prioritySupports on the inventory management by reviewing and influencing inventory policiesMaintains select manufacturing parameters (incl.
constraints)Provides inputs for the regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP;)Participates in S&OE; and leads the Supply Control meetingActs as a point of contact for the plants within the region and collaborates with the Plant Managers on production activitiesCollaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to secure raw materials according to the production scheduleCollaborates with Network Supply Planning and Material planning to secure and improve supplyIdentifies and supports on continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Planning performanceWhat makes you a good fit Degree in BA, Engineering, Supply Chain or Chemistry.
