Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for: Sales of the company's solutions to selected significant food companies in Spain and Portugal, however not limited to this region.Sales and activity budget management.Revenue management divided among various customers in all of Spain within the vegetables and fruit segment. Your main tasks will be: Overall lead and guide the sales team in solution selling principles within the South Sales Region team focused on Vegetables and Fruit.Team management in charge of 3-4 direct reports.KAM and New Sales: Proactively seek out, prioritize and process relationships with existing and new major accounts via email, phone, trade fair participation, online and face-to-face customer meetings.Be the primary point of contact for selected major customers, including business discussions, approval of orders, and contract negotiations.Examine the contractual basis and carry out negotiations in close interaction with sales management and other relevant key persons internally and externally.
