Position Summary and Responsibilities Follow up on the development plan for new product introductions, collaborating with the department director and other areas to deliver products on time, within cost, and with the required quality, based on the plan and specifications agreed upon with business team units. Support the production department with the procedures needed for manufacturing during sampling and ramp-up phases. Assist in the development of raw materials and the industrialization of test means. Responsible for discussions with subcontractors regarding quality and planning issues during the industrialization phase. Define and pilot JEDEC/AECQ100 qualifications to ensure the reliability of our products. Proactively support the industrialization director to achieve on-time delivery against the manufacturing plan. Implement and lead customer requests and RMA during industrialization phase
