In this key role, you will support the ND Commercial team by conducting market analysis and optimizing projects through comprehensive statistics, financial projections, and detailed reports . Main Responsibilities: Market and Target Analysis: Conduct market studies and target analysis for new real estate projects.
Project Optimization: Analyze and optimize real estate projects, including reviewing and improving floor plans.
Report and Statistics Generation: Develop reports and statistics using internal and external data, and present the results clearly and concisely.
Financial Projections: Build financial projections and analyze different pricing options to ensure project profitability.
Plan Optimization: Use tools like AutoCAD for plan optimization and project design, considering both technical and urban planning perspectives.
Creating Presentations: Create professional and detailed presentations for a demanding audience, highlighting findings and recommendations based on detailed analyses.
Requirements Requirements: Academic Background: University degree in a relevant discipline (architecture, engineering, finance, real estate, etc.).
Technical Skills: Experience with AutoCAD or similar tools for creating and modifying plans.
Financial Knowledge: Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Languages: Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Presentation Skills: Ability to create effective and professional presentations.Technical-Financial Profile: Preferably a technical-financial profile with experience in engineering or a technical background.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical and financial information clearly.
Interest in the Sector: A genuine interest in real estate asset management.
