Projects scope is Europe AOE organization.Assessment and optimization of the material flow from production till distribution center and Planning parameters definition and optimization.Driving and supporting from Planning side different cross-functional projects and SC initiatives affecting changes in materials flows.Go to person to Planning team and AOS/dxA in terms of parameters and processes.Secures Planning knowledge with X-Functions Coordination.YOUR SKILLS3-4 years min of experience in Supply Planning background.Analytical skills and Excel knowledge, SAP knowledge.3-4 years of experience in Supply Chain project management.Educational background related to Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or similar.Negotiation skills and communication to interact with stakeholders.Impact and presentation skills.Attention to details and motivation to change the established ways and processes.Good attitude and team player.At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
