This allows us to be close to our solution users, providing the best possible customer care and ensuring our technical service reaches customers worldwide.The Network Specialist will join the Research & Development Innovation area, supporting our customers and participating in our product development, focused on network infrastructures.Responsibilities:Design, implement, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure performance, availability, and security.Manage and configure network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN systems.Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.Collaborate with other IT teams and third-party providers to integrate and maintain network solutions.Develop and update network infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams, procedures, and policies.Evaluate and recommend network hardware and software upgrades and enhancements.Ensure compliance with company security policies and regulations regarding network infrastructure.Participate in planning and execution of network and telecommunications projects.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.CGFS or Bachelor's degree in systems or networks.Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, etc.).Experience with network equipment from leading vendors.Knowledge of network security systems (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs).Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (Wireshark, Nagios, etc.).Knowledge of security regulations and best practices.Ability to troubleshoot and perform detailed network diagnostics.Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams and explain technical problems in an understandable manner.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.We offer:Full working day in a global company in the Biotechnology sector, whose mission is to contribute to improving health and wellness by providing analytical solutions designed to offer a good user experience.Flexible schedule.Location: Barcelona.Immediate start.Fresh, dynamic, and confidence environment.Permanent contract.BioSystemshuman-centered biotech(+34) 933 110 000
