We are on a mission to reshape the future of payments. As a pivotal member of our dynamic team, the Network Solutions Analyst will play a crucial role in scaling our Payments Network operations. This position is designed for a proactive problem-solver who excels in optimizing functionalities, crafting innovative solutions, and spearheading implementations across global payment infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities for this role are:

Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues to enhance the operational capabilities of our Payments Network. Develop and implement out-of-the-box solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within the company, including IT, Operations, Digital, and external stakeholders, to foster successful project outcomes.
Project Management: Oversee multiple initiatives aimed at improving our payout mechanisms (including cash, wallets, VPAs, and bank deposits) on a global scale. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all project phases.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, coordinating efforts to align with strategic objectives and ensure global impact.
Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams and business units, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with project goals and updates.
Innovation and Improvement: Continuously gather and analyze requirements to pinpoint opportunities for product enhancements. Stay abreast of industry trends to anticipate and incorporate future needs into our payment solutions.

Additional Responsibilities:

Research new products and services and provide recommendations to Operations Managers.
Assist with project ideation and design, identifying process improvements and potential risk failures.
Apply Project Management Methodologies and tools in Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) to effectively reflect business models' and requirements' goals.
Increase operational efficiencies to streamline and simplify process flows and effectiveness.
Work closely with IT, Product, Revenue, Compliance, and Customer Service on payments related issues.
Manage changes to projects' scope and timeline while keeping business objectives in mind.
Analyze data and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Gather and elicit Business Requirements by interviewing customers, stakeholders (external & internal), reviewing existing business documentation, and documenting existing processes and systems.
Measure project performance and perform risk management using appropriate tools and techniques.
Influence/coordinate technical teams.
Develop and maintain Project Documentation and Project Plans. Report on projects' status and escalate to management as needed.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong desire to build a career in the payments industry.
Ability to analyze diverse information and develop strategy recommendations.
Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
Must possess strong research skills along with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once.
Persistent and results focused – must be able to deliver results in an environment which requires a high tolerance for ambiguity.
Extensive multi-tasking and prioritization skills – needs to excel in fast paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Skilled in the use of apps and technology, Proficient in Atlassian, or other Project Management tools.
Solid analytical, interpretative skills and ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
Can demonstrate experience and competency of handling stakeholder's enquiries.
Can demonstrate strong project management and project coordination skills.
Must have strong written and verbal (English) communication skills.
The successful candidate will possess a "can do" customer-centric approach to resolving problems.

Education:

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any applicable subject); MBA preferred, but not required.

Work Experience:

2-5 years of prior work experience in a relevant field (eCommerce / Online Financial Services). Understanding of transaction processing flows with different payment methods (cards, bank transfers, Open Banking, A2A, Wallets, ATM, etc.).
