You will be responsible for overseeing network security operations and initiatives within the EMEA region, working closely with other regional BUs as well as global teams.

TasksDesign security strategies: Implement and monitor plans aligned with global policies to protect our infrastructure in EMEA.Lead an Expert Team: Inspire and guide network security professionals to maintain secure and efficient operations.Collaborate globally: Work alongside international leaders and teams to implement security initiatives across the organization.Identify risks: Constantly evaluate the security of the regional network, detecting vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.Implement key controls: Coordinate with local teams to manage firewalls, VPNs, bot protection, DNS, and load balancers.Be the technical expert: Answer questions, lead audits, and collaborate with internal and external partners on security issues.Stay ahead: Monitor emerging trends in cybersecurity and take action to mitigate threats.RequirementsDegree in computer science, information technology, or related areas. Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or CISM are a big plus.5+ years in network security roles, ideally managing operations in regional or multi-site environments.Mastery of protocols such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network architecture principles.Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, endpoint security solutions, bot protection, load balancers, and DNS services.Proficiency in security assessment tools such as vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and log analysis.Ability to guide, motivate, and develop a diverse team of security professionals.Organized and efficient to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.Talent to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.Full Professional proficiency in English.BenefitsPermanent contract.Competitive salary.Health insurance.Life assurance.Hybrid working model (3 days in the office).Flexible working hours.Flexible remuneration (child vouchers, transportation, etc.).The possibility of developing in an international company.A great international working environment.Steps in the interview process:
