You will work for our client, which is a Fortune Global 500 company.
As a Network Operations Engineer, you will contribute to their new digital and web-based products, working with best practices, group compliance protocols.
The project will last for six months, with the possibility of an extension.Responsibilities:Incident management related to client's Global Network infrastructure3rd Level Technical Support for clients internal customersNetwork maintenance planning and supportMaintaining and updating of technical documentationCoordination of the third parties, and local resources (Service providers, On-site technicians, Local Network Engineers)Problem, Change, and Capacity ManagementReport incident status to Global Network Team and Operations ManagerFollowing of Escalation process for complex casesParticipation in ProjectsWorking Experience:Network Engineer with a strong experience in Network Operations in an international environmentVery good technical knowledge on Network (Switch, Router, Firewall, Load balancer, Proxy, and Monitoring Tools)Further technology knowledge is an advantage: User VPN, WAF, Meraki Wifi, Web Proxy, SD WANAnalytical thinkingVery good problem-solving skillsITIL certification is an advantageKnowledge on Cisco CCNA level (mandatory), Cisco CCNP level (advantage)Job Type:ContractContract length: 3 monthsAbility to commute/relocate:- Madrid, Madrid provincia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Experience:- Knowledge on Cisco CCNA level (mandatory), Cisco CCNP: 1 year (preferred)Language:- English (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
