We are currently looking for a Network Operations Centre Site Lead to join our team in Malaga!
Role Overview: Coordinate, oversee and guide the activities and work processes of a team responsible for overseeing and facilitating processes and resources to ensure the effective resolution of IT incidents. The NOC Site Lead is the escalation point for unresolved incidents and will work closely with the NOC Lead to review, improve and implement incident management processes and projects to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritise, plan and coordinate team activities, leave, shifts and rota to ensure optimal team capacity and resource mobilisation to resolve and prevent incidents and requests.
Maintain regular and quality performance development discussions and drive the necessary actions to support team members' growth and contribution to the team and company culture.
Oversee team activities and provide on-the-job guidance to ensure that incident management activities and ad hoc work requests are in line with NOC team processes, risk and compliance requirements.
Coordinate, track and report on team activities required for the implementation of the NOC roadmap and priority projects.
Provide support during emergencies to ensure that the team can respond effectively in high-pressure situations.
Provide training on changes to team processes and standards to ensure compliance with incident management practices and compliance requirements.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in information technology, computer science or other relevant field of study. 2 to 5 years' experience in incident management, problem management, IT service management or other relevant work experience.
