We are currently looking for a Network Operations Centre Engineer Level 2 to join our team in Malaga!

Role Overview: Facilitate the end-to-end high-severity incident management process in the Network Operations Centre, which provides a critical 24/7 incident monitoring and resolution service for multiple external-facing software systems in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities: Being the first line of response that receives, recognises and prioritises incidents and system alerts. Resolution of high severity incidents that may have a financial or reputational impact on the organisation. Escalation of all high severity incidents to the necessary stakeholders. Proactive identification of errors or delays that may compromise projects or deployments. Monitoring of potential incident reporting sources to identify trends that may indicate problems and escalate them to the appropriate support managers. Day-to-day administration of incident management, including logging of complex workaround tasks for SOPs. Quality assurance of core solution SOPs. Monitoring of trouble tickets and tracking of progress. Key Qualifications and Experience: Degree in information technology, computer science or other relevant field of study. 2-4 years' experience in incident management, problem management, IT service management or other relevant work experience.
