This position is open to be based out of any J&J site in NA and LATAM.

Job Purpose: As a senior member of the Network Tech Ops Team, this role will be responsible for the implementation of stable, compliant, and capable digital manufacturing systems into the Epsilon Costa Rica greenfield manufacturing site and for meeting projects FPO's of capacity, product cost, budget, and timeline.
This role will also involve a talent development strategy that delivers the project and ensures continuity of knowledge transfer to manufacturing operations while leveraging expertise developed throughout the existing manufacturing systems ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a strong voice for Tech Ops in the execution of the specific systems deployments to the Costa Rica site (SAP 4 Hana, MES, OSi Pi, EVA, Maximo) while assuring standardization with the rest of the manufacturing network.
Manage a team of engineers (internal or external) in the successful implementation and lifecycle management of Manufacturing Systems and data, adhering to safety, standards, quality, compliance & cost.
Establish project and operational measurements, goals, and outcomes.
Collaborate with teams from various departments to ensure flawless execution of project plans and maintenance of systems.
Develop and maintain project and operational schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
Effectively communicate project updates to all relevant parties, including senior management.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to continuously improve engineering processes.
Plan for and manage how systems are supported out of business hours.
Provide training to users.
Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or University degree required; focused degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
Ideally Post-Graduate Degree Qualified (MSc, MBA or similar).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Manufacturing system implementation experience highly preferred.
This role may require up to 25% of domestic & international travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position in the United States is to be determined.
