About the role: As Network Engineering Manager you will lead the EMEA regional engineering team(s) responsible for data or voice networking equipment and services that support TD SYNNEX applications and services. The Manager's staff will include engineers who work with key partners to meet project demands and promote availability 24X7X365. This leader will be accountable for executing the infrastructure strategy and project tasks through the assigned team and in collaboration with multiple stakeholders. To be successful, the Manager must place a high priority on developing an exceptional and diverse team with a culture of inclusion and high performance.
What you'll do:
Provide leadership to ensure timely completion of assigned projects and attainment of service level targets.
Execution of Infrastructure strategy aligning with organizational goals.
Oversee project budgets and manage project deliverables to ensure timely and effective completion.
Build and enhance team capabilities to address evolving technology trends and business needs.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the board.
What we're kindly looking for:
5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
Bachelor's Degree with Computer Science or Engineering or Information Systems field of study required.
Hands-on experience with Routing, Switching, Wireless Access, and Firewall technologies.
Relevant certifications such as CISCO, Fortinet, or Zscaler are highly desirable.
