You will be responsible for the development of domain specific solutions for Kyndryl Infrastructure, Project, and Consulting services directly to customers. Leads the creation of Network & Edge solutions and associated cost cases for simple or complex, multi-year opportunities which meet the customer's requirements and assists in solving their business issues. Articulates the business and technical value of Network & Edge solutions and products to their Solution Strategy, Solution Specialists, and customers. This is a client-facing role in which 30 to 40% of the time is spent in face-to-face discussions with customers and typically working on five to seven engagements at a time. Who You Are Required Skills and Experience: 3 years of experience in Networking technologies Experience focusing on at least one of: DC, WAN, Cloud and Network Security architectures. Understand IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models and IT financing models. Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements including understanding customer needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective and scalable solutions. Customer and presentation skills. Spanish fluent. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in a consulting or advisory role, where you have provided strategic guidance and solutions to customers, can be beneficial. Externally recognized in Networking and/or solutioning areas, to include technical certifications supporting subdomain focus area(s) (ex: CCNA, AWS, Azure Networking) Experience in supporting sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team, preparing sales materials, participating in customer presentations, and contributing to proposal development
