Build strong relationships between team members, promote open communication and cultivate a culture of trust and mutual respect.The efforts of team members and facilitate the smooth execution of projects. Monitor work progress, identify potential obstacles or bottlenecks and proactively address them to keep the team on track.Will actively participate in coding tasks and leverage your skills and technical knowledge to contribute to the team's results.
