We're looking for experienced Backend Engineers to join our Tech team. You will work on distributed systems by developing one of our core products, the SaaS which is software for managing medical facilities. We have several openings for 4 different teams with similar requirements.
What experience and skills do you need to do a great job in this position? Extensive experience with .NET/C#Experience with SQL, and ideally NoSQL databasesAre not afraid of designing complex functionalities in a scalable architectureBelieve in optimizing the quality, complexity, and efficiency of the codeConsider testing as valuable as codingUsed to working in Agile, high-autonomy teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changesCare about product management and understanding user needsInterest in the business background of a projectStrong problem-solving skills and teamwork capabilitiesAbility to express yourself freely in English, both verbally and in writingGrowth mindset: willingness to learn new concepts and approachesExperience working in DevOps CultureKnowledge regarding queues and messaging systems (such as Azure queues or RabbitMQ)Experience with scalable distributed cloud systemsFamiliar with virtualization tools and container orchestration like Docker and KubernetesExperience in working with TDD, DDD, and extreme programming practicesTrack record in product-oriented and data-driven environmentsWhat will you get in return?
