Strategic ValueIncrease IPC market share within assigned territories by:
Exceeding projected sales and revenue goals,Supporting existing and future channel partners, andExpanding the sales of new product solutions to new and existing customers. The Role- Achieve/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts as part of the overall IPC global sales plan,
- Ensure Channel Partners objectives, issues, and needs are understood and strategically approached,
- Manage the entire sales cycle with Channel Partners (Quote to Booking),
- Develop and implement channel strategies to sell and promote the IPC portfolio of products,
- Act as point of escalation for both external and internal matters,
- Provide accurate weekly reporting to Global Channel sales via internal systems,
- Ensure Channel Partner legal/internal contractual processes are followed,
- Act as an information channel, internal and external between IPC and the assigned Channel Partners and serve as primary point of contact for any urgent and/or recurring sales queries, and
- Make routine visits to allocated IPC Channel Partners to build and enhance relationships, inform them of IPC Business (e.g., Product & Services updates, BAU) processes and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide to the allocated Channel Partners the platform for success, helping them to close opportunities and achieve the projected sales objectives,
- Manage the entire sales cycle with Channel Partners (Quote to Booking),
- Help Channel Partners to develop new accounts/markets,
- Understand the competitive landscape and help Channel Partners position IPC and its product and services against competitors,
- Establish new business contacts through a variety of networking activities,
- Understand and effectively communicate IPC value prop,
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize overall revenue,
- Facilitate Channel sales inquiries or leads into an upsell or cross-sell opportunity, ensuring sufficient follow-up has been achieved,
- Ensure Channel awareness of all IPC's current/future Products & Services/Roadmaps,
- Identify & measure Channel Partners key performance metrics,
- Act as an Escalation Point for Channel sales issues,
- Assist Channel Partners with Customer presentations, when required,
- International travel as necessary (at least one week per month) to build and enhance long-term relationships with the assigned Channel Partners and expand their customer base.
Required Experience, Core Competency Skills & Attributes- LANGUAGE: Requires Spanish and English fluency as well as cultural awareness of Latin America business protocols and approach.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales role within an International company preferably operating in the financial services,
- Indirect sales and Customer facing experience,
- Experience of working with large global accounts.
