We are looking for a Head of Project Management & Transformation Officer who will have under his/her responsibility three main blocks:
Support Executive Committee to cascade strategic priorities through critical projects being a transversal change agent to embed PMO methodology, capabilities and tools in collaboration with Strategy team.Coordinate PMO community in order to ensure consistency and interphases among company critical projects.Act as Project manager for the strategic Innovation projects (Transformational and disruptive). Support Change management initiatives related to the key strategic projects and priorities of the company in collaboration with HR team.
The position will report to CEO and work hand in hand with the Executive Committee members and the different company functions.
What will you do?PMO ChampionBuild and develop a PMO methodology & mind-set across the company, ensuring a holistic approach in each project portfolio; considering the overall budget (OPEX/CAPEX), resources needed (with a special focus to limited resources in IT and Innovation), timing for each project.Animate PMO's community (BU's, CBS, etc.
).Coach Teams of major projects from kick-off to post mortem in partnership with PMO's community.Define a transversal view of projects within areas and between areas (i.e.
Cosmos 1.0 output) after budget planning and prior to IAP definition (alignment across company).Lead change to embed project management capabilities across organization through external and internal training in partnership with HR team.Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes.Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.Build a dashboarding and reporting process for ExCom discussions and approval, to guarantee a 360º view across the company to avoid inconsistency across the different projects (timings, technology, data, etc.
).Innovation PMO RoleThis role will focus on the disruptive and transformational initiatives from Innovation, for which he/she will be responsible for:
Identify and collect all the business inputs and projects of these specific areas during budget period ensuring that key company projects are aligned among themselves and vs Affinity strategy.Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.Monitoring and following up with R&D; LT, Inno Submit Forum on the projects defined (time, budget, resources) and updating periodically the ExCom member.Ensure that innovation project and process governance structure and alignment with the strategic plan.Deliveries status and ITD tracking.Define timings for gate approval according to defined launch date in Masterplan.Provide Inno committee with all the necessary information to filter strategic projects (disruptive and transformational) projects in the innovation pipeline.Resources analysis per area/type of Innovation.Updated project list with business opportunity/type of Innovation.Risk assessment across the projects.Timing and cost deviation tracking.Change Management roleSupport communications efforts enabling the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.Assess the change impact conducting impact analysis, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.Support the design and delivery of training programs.Your experience & backgroundDegree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
An MBA or some Economics education is also greatly appreciated.Experience as PMO in FMCG or similar with an international environment.Experience in SAP, Asana (or equivalent technology).Experience as Change Management lead.Fluent in Spanish and English.Your skillsStrong analytical skills, able to take complex ideas and summarize into concise insights and recommendations.Process oriented.Strong communication and influencing skills.Leadership & Change Management capabilities.Experience in a business partnering role.Planning & Organization skills.People management.Project management experienced skills.Results-oriented person.Risk management.Technological know-how.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:
