Your TasksSupport in factories which are under Nordex supervision.Monitor and evaluate the performance of the factories' NDT departments.Oversee the implementation of UT and PAUT reports.Conduct audits on monitoring reports.Plan and implement UT and PAUT homologation training for all UT inspectors globally.Follow up and control the implementation of the control plans.Conduct exams to evaluate the UT inspectors.Hold internal daily meetings to share factory information updates.Meet with factories under Nordex supervision to gather updated information.Ensure all devices are operational, undergo annual calibration, and maintain updated information on SharePoint.Monitor all inspector internal certificates and keep their information updated on SharePoint.Update NDT books and documents.Conduct research to improve the quality of tests.Your ProfileAvailability to travel between 40% and 50% annually.Previous experience as a leader of a UT team.Languages: Technical English and Spanish.3 years of experience in UT in blades.Knowledge in PAUT evaluations and acquisitions.Experience in projects in other countries.Experience in teamwork.Engineering knowledge of calculations and drawings.Previous experience at Nordex-Acciona is valued.Experience in training workshop staff.
