What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative on our team, you will: Receive and make phone calls/emails on behalf of the clients and partners or on behalf of their clients.
Provide relevant information in a professional and timely manner in order to maximize sales and achieve performance objectives.
Attend specified training.
Become proficient in the use of all call centre systems and telephony in order to perform to the highest possible standards.
Work to achieve targets in all areas, highlighting development needs to Human Resource Manager where required in order to keep them informed of training/coaching input needed.
Write and design detailing reports.
Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced level of English.
Have a Secondary school diploma.
Can responsibly and independently carry out customer service specialist duties.
Can plan and organize own work and working place, working independently and in a team.
Can obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for clients and management.
Have good communication, written and listening skills.

Salary 20,400 euros gross/year + up to 2,160 euros gross/year in bonus.
