THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER You will lead, mentor, and coach a global team of +15 People Operations Managers and Associates across Europe. You will build and take ownership of the people operations processes and constantly improve ways of working, ensuring efficiency and scalability in how the team operates. You will be the first point of contact for the business and provide advice to/coach our senior management in all people operations related topics. You will closely work with the rest of the People organisation to contribute and shape team projects. You will drive a solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on providing exceptional service. You maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees (partner with legal department as needed). You ensure data quality is a foundation of the team processes including accurate payroll preparation on a monthly basis with the provider. You establish SLAs to enable efficient operations across the business. You will develop a knowledge base that answers all frequently asked questions related to people operations matters. You own our people operations vendor relationships, including payroll providers and mobility service providers, and ensure our requirements are being met.
YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS At least 12 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, fast-paced organisation.
Expertise in labour law and administrative People topics.
Passion for people and always strive for excellence, with the energy for the extra mile in the interest of your teams and our business.

Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills that allow you to work across all levels of the organization.
