Job Title: EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst
Location: Madrid, Munich, or London
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Advanced SQL user Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent Experience using Salesforce/Tableau (or other CRM tool) or BI tools Experience in building reports on Quicksight Job Responsibilities: Support Sales managers and Sales Strategy & Ops leaders in running sales processes aligned to day-to-day execution of the business. Drive the implementation of new tools and processes to continuously improve productivity in our sales teams. Act as the SME for operational requests raised by EMEA's sales teams, owning resolution or collaborating with internal end-users and cross-functional international teams. Analyze large datasets and deliver successfully against high standards. Collaborate with Sales Operations teams and Sales leadership to define, land, and execute against strategic priorities for the AGS EMEA business. Support in the development of strategies and implementation processes to help customers on their cloud adoption journey. Analyze industry and AWS internal data to understand the competitive landscape and identify customer trends. Develop, maintain, and execute key executive reporting consumed by the EMEA ISV leadership. Ensure that the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables meet and exceed expectations.
