YOUR MISSIONS As a member of the customer service team, you are the dedicated contact for business Spanish Customers.Committed, dynamic and proactive, you help customers to travel smoothly:Ensure the operational and personalized management of requests (air, rail, cars and hotels).Handle litigation and claims.Manage the interface with suppliers.Identify and propose fare optimization.You already know and have worked with Amadeus?You have a first experience in tourism?Do you speak Spanish and English? (French is a plus!)You are enthusiastic and have a good sense of humor?Teamwork and a great sense of service are key for you?Then become our new Business Travel Consultant!
