(Nbs944) - Change Manager Global Collaboration (M/F/D)

You will be participating in planning and executing Change Measures for new ways of working tools and initiatives that support collaboration in global organizations (e.g.
Microsoft Office Suite), Stakeholder Management, and coordination of relevant communities.
Responsibilities: Develop and deliver business change and communication materials using a variety of media and channels.
Create documentation and communication materials according to the marketing and communication needs defined by the team.
Support Collaboration Week, virtual event series, presentations about the new way of working defined by the WoW Team.
Drive consulting initiatives with internal business partners to enable and improve their ways of working.
Develop and deliver User Adoption Workshops focused on Microsoft 365 to ensure that employees are effectively trained and supported in using new tools and features.
Ability to work flexibly, plan and coordinate tasks and work within time and budgetary requirements.
