WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
You'll be working as part of a collaborative, mid-sized team (6-10 developers) focused on C/C++ software development where you'll help implement architecture designs, optimize code performance, and contribute to the verification and validation of our Navigation library.
Your main responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain high-performance C/C++ code, ensuring robustness and adaptability across defense projects.
Implement drivers to decode messages from navigation sensors (e.g., INS/IMU sensors, GNSS receivers) and manage serialization/deserialization of protocols like RTCM or RINEX.
Create tools to verify and validate library functionality, testing for robustness and accuracy of navigation algorithms.
Support data collection campaigns from navigation sensors for ongoing projects.
Assist in hardware/software integration activities.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for graduates or experts in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with a background and interest in C/C++ development for defense and navigation applications. Ideal candidates will be skilled in working on medium to large applications and will contribute to developing high-performance navigation libraries.
We also value previous experience and knowledge in software development and testing. Additional qualifications include:
Hands-on experience (professional or personal) in software development for medium to large applications, with a strong focus on C/C++.
Proficiency in Linux OS, Git, and IDEs like Eclipse, Visual Studio, or Visual Code.
Familiarity with Python and other programming languages.
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Google Test, Pytest, and/or RapiTest.
Background in Systems Engineering, Navigation, or relevant certifications is a plus.
