Job DescriptionGlobal Aviation & Space is a specialist team within Willis Towers Watson focusing on Global Airline, Aerospace, General Aviation and In-Space risks. This role is within the team in Spain (one of the four Specialty Hubs at European level together with France, Italy and the Nordic Hub) which place insurance solutions for our clients under the four subsegments.
The RoleAn exciting opportunity has become available for an individual to join our team as a Junior Account Executive.
The successful incumbent will assist senior brokers handling administrative aspects and tasks related with technical placement of clients' insurance programmes - in a timely, technically, accurate and compliant manner - but also with client management responsibilities. This will include but not be restricted to: new business enquiries; client renewals; contractual analysis and broking.
This position is focused on supporting and developing client relationships by providing quality technical administrative and service support directly to Clients, Insurers and Account Executives.
QualificationsThe Requirements Aviation Insurance experience and knowledge of Aerospace insurance markets and products is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.University Degree, preferably in Law (valuable).Desirable experience in analysis of liability, indemnity and insurance clauses within contracts.The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the following:Provide excellent client, insurers and account executives serviceBe able to work in a deadline driven environmentBe confident user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.Have excellent organizational, PC and communications skills (In both Spanish and English, but other languages would be appreciated)WTW is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
