Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for company partners, managing engagement and hand-off to appropriate specialists. Provide business and technical enablement to drive the growth of company brands within partner channels. Train partner sales teams on company product strategies and solutions. Manage partner pipeline and forecasting through tracking tools. Detect and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring the successful closure of deals. Develop partner business, focusing on sell-out growth, margin improvement, and program compliance. Analyze the partner's market and competitive landscape to optimize company's market share. Drive partner loyalty by promoting certifications, competencies, and meeting program requirements. Requirements: Language Skills: Native Norwegian and B2 level English proficiency. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in a channel environment. Skills:Strong negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills. Familiarity with channel programs, partners, and distributors. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to collaborate, innovate, and work toward goal achievement within a team environment.
