Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues.Develop and implement strategies to grow account revenue by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer support) to deliver excellent service and meet client expectations.Regularly review account performance, provide updates, and implement improvement plans as needed.Analyze client needs and industry trends to ensure the best solutions are provided.Track account progress and ensure goals are met in line with business objectives. Requirements: Language Skills: Native German speaker with strong proficiency in English.Experience: Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales is preferred.Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Benefits & Schedule: Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.Location: Office-based in Malaga.Competitive salary + benefits package.
