Key Responsibilities: Secure new customer wins for Microsoft Cloud by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager.
Present compelling Cloud value propositions that align with customer business objectives and IT initiatives, utilizing expertise in solution selling techniques.
Provide technical product overviews and insights tailored to customer needs and usage scenarios.
Enhance technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas that accelerate customer success in the cloud.
Position competitive offerings in context with customer needs and experiences.
Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure accurate projections of anticipated costs for new services.
Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers effectively.
Execute rapid technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for identified customer solutions.
Achieve a Level 300 understanding of Cloud offerings and leverage all available training resources; a minimum of Fundamentals certification is required, with L200 certification preferred.
Act as the primary technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers.
Conduct both group and one-on-one training sessions across the center on areas of expertise.
Meet and exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics.
Continuously research and stay informed about the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing from both our company and competitors.
Workplace: Hybrid model—2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
