Native Danish- Travel Agency Employee

Experience is not required Key Responsibilities: Assist Danish-speaking customers with travel bookings, flight changes, hotel reservations, and general inquiries.
Provide solutions to customers regarding itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and other travel-related issues.
Troubleshoot problems and offer advice and support on travel-related concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's system.
Deliver high-quality customer service in line with company standards and policies.
Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalations.
Requirements: Language Skills : Native Danish speaker with B2-C1 proficiency in English.
Experience : Previous experience in customer support; experience in a travel agency is a plus but not required.
Skills : Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including weekends.
Basic knowledge of travel booking systems is a plus.
Benefits & Schedule: Work Schedule : Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 7 PM.
