Description: The National Sales Manager Spain will develop and expand a regional sales team to deliver best in class performance for revenue and growth. Responsible for building, managing and developing the direct sales force in Spain, this person will have a highly visible position and will be a key player in bringing the Reducer therapy adoption to a higher level in Spain. The National Sales Manager will contribute to the continuous development of a growth strategy focused on increased therapy penetration, driving revenue sources, and delivering customer satisfaction. This role will be working closely with Marketing, R&D, and the Director of International Sales and Distribution to identify market needs and execute on the sale/commercialization of the Coronary Sinus Reducer product.
Essential Job Functions: Build Spanish Shockwave Reducer sales force and prepare the market for direct sales channels.Oversee and help drive a team of therapy development managers that increase therapy adoption, maximize sales revenues, attain corporate objectives, and exceed sales goals.Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue streams accurately.Identify, develop, and implement effective therapy development strategies and sales plans.Provide coaching, advice, support, motivation, and information to help individuals develop their professional maturity and ideally exceed their defined therapy development and sales objectives.Train and coach sales representatives to structure deals that exceed revenue expectations.Serve as escalation point for issues beyond team authority; resolve team conflicts as necessary.Perform sales activities for the assigned geographic area to achieve or exceed the therapy development and revenue objectives.Develop and test new sales strategies and tactics, replicating those that are most successful.Keep abreast of and disseminate new product and industry knowledge to the team.Work closely with Marketing on go-to market strategies and see them through to successful completion.Participate in sales team meetings, sales management meetings, and quarterly business reviews.Monitor area sales trends and product performance results.Follow all company safety policies and safety procedures in order to maintain a safe work environment.Follow all company policies, rules, and regulations.Provide detailed expense reports on a weekly basis with the Concur system.
