In Inizio Engage we are looking for a National Sales Manager in Spain for Iberia to work on a very important project in the Neurological Therapeutic Area!The National Sales Manager will:Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives at the national level.Deliver commercial targets in line with the company strategy.Contribute to the development of a robust Sales Plan to manage the Company product portfolio.Ensure effective in-country tactical implementation of key account plans to support rapid and effective growth for the business.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies to help the sales team achieve sales, market share, and profit targets at the national level.Agree and track performance of business plan objectives for the Sales Representatives and work closely with internal stakeholders to decide on best practices.Proactively monitor sales team performance to anticipate replacement when needed.Line management of the Sales Representatives providing clear direction and objectives for direct reports.Conduct regular performance reviews, documenting outcomes and providing evidence, through weekly joint field visits and Jour fix sales team meetings.Work with and support the Marketing Department/Senior Management in the Company's Overall Objectives.Regularly review and adjust structures and processes.Oversee and participate in key customer operational relationships ensuring that business objectives are met.Work within the constraints of the appropriate country Code of Practice and Company Policies and Procedures.Benefits:Permanent contract with Inizio Engage.Competitive fixed salary and bonus.Company car, diets, IT tools.Requirements:Masters Degree or equivalent in pharma/science/biology/science engineering.5+ years experience as hospital PS (including 2+ years managing PS) for NSM position.Prior Neuro and/or MS field or auto-immune inflammatory disease is a plus (not a requirement).Experience in product launches is a plus.Very high English level is mandatory (English proficiency).Proactivity, decision-making skills, good communication skills, and active listening.Autonomy and adaptability.Collaborative mindset.Digital skills to lead Webinars, digital Advisory Boards, online training, etc.Availability to travel at the local level.Therapeutic Areas:Rare diseases, Nervous system, Neurology.Minimum Studies:Bachelor's degree.Languages:Perfect English level.Minimum Experience:5 years.Availability to Travel:60% of working time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
