National Sales Manager Iberia - Flow As National Sales Manager, you are expected to provide active contribution to the development of our self-priming and submersible pumps business through maintaining and building new commercial relationships, implementing, and supporting the company's development strategies in Spain and Portug
The Role: Strategically growing and developing mining, emergency, sewage and drainage segments in Spain and Portugal. Finding and developing specialty pump dealers in the region.Actively focusing on direct and indirect sales opportunities in mining and drainage segmentsDirect sales approach to emergency market through organizing application trainings and building network with civil protection and municipalities.Continuously learning our new products and ability to provide product trainings when necessary.Maintain a solid understanding of products and channels required in your market and business opportunities through clear communication with your direct manager. Achieving the sales targets set in terms of sales, volumes and margins while monitoring the trends drivers and deviations in the market. Participate in trade fairs and specific events Travel will be required Requirements and Background: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic engineering degree or similar qualification Proven work experience in Sales for minimum of 4 years.Professional experience in Pump market Dewatering or submersible pump knowledge is an asset Having strategic growth mindsetLead myself skillset to facilitate growth independently Good usage of MS Office programs Native Spanish , Good English and Portuguese is an assetWhat we offer?
