National Air Logistics Manager

Are you an experienced professional with a passion for Air Logistics? We are looking for a dynamic and strategic National Air Logistics Manager to lead our airfreight operations and drive business growth across Spain, Malta and Portugal. Tu función You will be leading the Airfreight team in Spain, Malta and Portugal and will have direct reporting responsibilities to the NE in line with Global Airfreight policies and in close partnership with countries resources and other business fields and functional units Tus responsabilidades Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability; Foster strong relationships with clients and partners; Adapt global airfreight products to local market needs; Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities; Ensure efficientAirfreight operations by implementing standard processed aligned with regional and global guidelines; Cooperate in developingand implementing business operations and reporting systems; Maintain HR policies in collaboration with the HR department; Provide regular updates on the Air Logistics and project business status to country management, adhering to Kuehne Nagel's reporting guidelines.Tus habilidades y experencias Strong leadership experience in a multi-functional work environment and in direct and indirect reporting; Deep understanding in the Air Logistics industry; Strong analytical, evaluative and problem solving abilities; Excellent relationship-building and customer relations skills; Financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility; Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese will be a plus.Job SummaryJob number: ES2060953Date posted : 2024-05-24Profession: Freight Logistics & Customer ServiceEmployment type: Permanent
