You'll weave administrative magic by coordinating the national learning and development programs and making all those associated activities happen, such as supporting team members with their enrolments because they're super keen to get their training on, answering questions from eager beavers about the training courses available, and dazzling the Academy team with your ability to put their much loved content into eye wateringly beautiful presentations. You'll keep training records in tip top shape to ensure accuracy because we love analysis of the training that our team members complete. You'll support the preparation and delivery of training sessions to our team members that ultimately makes the lives of the children in our care brighter and happier. You'll help create and maintain a dynamic workplace culture that supports us in delivering results. You have excellent admin skills already, and are a whizz at Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
