With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you'll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day.Position Land Development Project Manager Specializing in Site Plan Projects.Responsibilities Complete and review proposals, change orders.Guide projects from start to finish including due diligence, conceptual design and detailed design.Provide technical direction, design review and detailed design on multiple simultaneous land development files with a focus on ICI and Residential Mixed Use Site Plan projects.Lead and/or independently prepare Functional Servicing reports in support of potential land development projects.Liaise with clients, agencies and others to obtain approvals.Supervise and mentor project engineers and technologists.Ensure that the clients' needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.Undertake business development activities with new and existing clients in the pursuit of new projects, and the cross-selling of other practice areas, including preparing fee proposals.Project Management, including control and management of the financial aspects of your projects.Qualifications and Experience 7 to 10 Years of experience.Experience working on Land Development projects in the GTA.Direct experience with the design and approval process for projects with various municipalities.Complete knowledge base for construction methodologies for land development projects.Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Diploma.Additional Information Why Arcadis?
