Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouses and external logistics operators, ensuring efficient receipt, dispatch, classification, and storage of goods.
Inventory and Stock Control: Optimize inventory processes and stock control within warehouses and throughout the transfer processes to company stores.
Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and other partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Cost Optimization: Analyze logistics costs, identify improvement areas, and implement cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
Order Portfolio Management: Supervise customer order portfolios, ensuring proper entry and processing while coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams to meet delivery schedules.
Customer Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer master data across internal systems, in collaboration with IT to maintain consistency on all platforms.
Shipping and Customer Service: Implement strategies to optimize stock and inventory, ensuring timely shipments to customers and meeting service level expectations.
Oversee packing and shipping processes to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the logistics and operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment to achieve company goals.
