Circle Square Talent Madrid, SpainPosted 5 hours ago Permanent €115k - 140k per year + Bonus- Associate 1-2 - Generalist M&A; team leading investmentbank - Madrid Office- Our client is a leading independent mid-market investment bank operating globally.They provide advice on M&A; , debt advisory, and equity capital markets transactions to corporations, private equity firms, and family-owned businesses.- They are looking for an Associate to join their investment banking team in Madrid.In this generalist role, you will work on a range of M&A; and corporate finance transactions across sectors such as tech, FIG, consumer, industrials, business services, healthcare & more.Key responsibilities:Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for transactions.Prepare presentation materials including information memoranda, management presentations, and pitch books.Support execution of transactions including debt financing and syndication.Interact with clients to build relationships and win new business.Manage processes, coordinate advisors, and ensure smooth execution.Requirements:3-6 years of experience in M&A; or corporate finance, at an investment bank, boutique or big 4.Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.Fluent written and verbal communication abilities in Spanish & English.Self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities.Strong academics.Job ID 7083#J-18808-Ljbffr
