Summary Reporting into the CEO, the Marketing Director will create, own and drive Medivet Spain's multi-year growth strategy and plan in delivery of Medivet's ambitious revenue targets - and as a key leader of the business help realise Medivet's ambition of becoming a leading European player in the veterinary market, and the number one choice for pet owners and veterinary professionals.
Core Responsibilities Develop Medivet Spain's three-year Growth and Marketing plan to deliver forecasted budget: Growth in active clients per site (incl. reduction in client lapse / churn) Growth in visit frequency (appointments and transactions) Growth in average spend (ATV - pricing and mix) Growth in % clients on healthcare plan Growth in % clients insured In conjunction with the Clinical Director, define, build and optimise the clinical / patient / client journey to maximise patient compliance, client satisfaction and clinic revenue: Defining and implementing the Medivet Spain end to end client experience and journey, key moments of delight with tracking / measurement to drive improvement Building and deploying communications strategy / plan to activate / support key moments on the journey, and maximise interaction with core Medivet propositions and services Working with People and clinical teams to deliver training and development to support the optimum client experience In the future, working with IT to systemise elements of the journey to drive growth Devise and deploy the Medivet Spain Pricing Strategy, plan and operation to maximise revenue contribution per product per client visit, while maintaining strong value for money for the clinic client base and wider local pet owner community: Define Medivet Pricing / Value positioning and strategy in the market, and rules / guidance governing its implementation (compliance) at a per site level Establish competitive tracking to inform Medivet price positioning at a local level for main client-facing items (FOH) Build and deploy FY25 price implementation plan on a per site basis, with a forecasted revenue and volume of sale impact as part of FY25 budgeting Define and establish central to local pricing system to enable Medivet management and measurement of pricing on a per site basis Plan, launch and build Medivet Spain's subscription based care business - maximising the number of pets on Medivet subscription health-plans to grow incremental clinic revenue, and as importantly, client loyalty and patient compliance: Define Medivet's positioning in the Spanish pet health-care plan market and develop a healthcare plan product and GTM strategy to maximise the number of pets on plan Build and implement a health-care plan product / marketing plan for FY25, including clinical value proposition, market sizing, commercial case and price positioning as well as its strategic positioning and synergies with 3rd party insurance products available in the market. Establish an implementation / operating model to support Medivet Spain's healthcare plan business, including Direct Debit provider, PMS management and data / tracking Create, run and optimise Medivet Spain's client acquisition, retention and engagement strategy - to deliver the right number of active / engaged clients per branch, to maximise client visit frequency and value per visit, and to ensure each clinic delivers a consistent Medivet "Exceptional Care" experience to every client and patient, every visit: Establish a (simple) centralised view of key client data / tracking on a per site basis to determine local site profile, performance and marketing requirements Define, build and deploy a client communications operating model and plan, to communicate / engage with clients on a per site basis to drive visit frequency and clinical compliance (crawl, walk, run) Develop and execute a local marketing capability (centrally) to support multi-channel campaigning
