The Finance Project Office mission is to support Criteo by delivering exciting and ambitious projects identified as part of the roadmap.
This roadmap consists of big transversal projects and programs requiring cross-functional and cross-department coordination such as new system implementation, merger & acquisition, organization and process optimization, new product launch, and any other transformation project.
The Finance Project Manager role is an amazing opportunity to contribute to Criteo's growth by managing directly or supporting program managers in managing transversal, strategic, operational, and impactful projects.
What You Will Do:Depending on the size of the projects, the Finance Project Manager will have the responsibility to drive directly or support a program manager in driving strategic, transversal, and operational projects from scoping to day-to-day management of the project until successful delivery.Deliver projects on time, within budget, quality standards, and to the satisfaction of our internal clients while maximizing business benefits.Drive responsibilities across various Commercial, Finance, and IT stakeholders to identify, track, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks.Drive key decisions by defining and implementing key performance indicators and through timely and consistent reporting.Manage a complex and transversal project portfolio to determine which projects should be undertaken, why, when, and how.Prepare and formalize estimates and a detailed project plan for all phases of the project.Report on project success criteria results and metrics.Ensure functional and technical end-to-end transversality for projects, data, processes, technology, and resources.Ensure coordination across multiple teams and projects to understand dependencies, cumulative impacts, and highest level of collaboration and alignment.Ensure change management plans are developed, socialized, and consistently measured to deliver projects' expected benefits and adoption.Stay abreast of project management and change management trends and leading practices to enable strategic decisions.Ensure project scoping and formalize the strategic and operational project recommendations and implementation plans with clear milestones, objectives, and timeline.Ensure day-to-day management of the project and track progress against plan.
