We are actively looking for a Technology Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. As our Technology Marketing Manager, your role will be to lead the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns for our software solutions. You will collaborate with our team of software developers, product managers, and data scientists to promote our products. You will conduct research on the competitive landscape and develop actionable plans using these insights to aid our overall strategy. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess in-depth knowledge of technology market dynamics, competitive landscape, and best digital marketing practices. You will be most suited for this role if you have a background in maritime supply chain logistics technology product marketing.Duties and Responsibilities:Research market trends in maritime supply chain logisticsIdentify client needs, solution gaps, and business objectivesWork with the software development team, product managers, and marketing team members to develop go-to-market strategyPlan and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awarenessAnticipate client pain points and tailor brand messaging accordinglyDevelop and deliver content marketing, advertising, product positioning plansDefine necessary marketing activities to acquire new and retain existing clientsSupport client onboarding experienceWork with the Vice President, Marketing to plan, allocate, and control marketing campaign and product launch budgetsWork with current marketing team and develop additional staff, as required, to successfully manage and maintain a technology marketing programOversee and participate in day-to-day promotional activities, including website content, SEO, thought leadership articles and white papers, social media, conference presentation materials, and other collateral.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or BusinessFluent in Spanish and English10+ years of experience on technology marketing projects (B2B and SaaS marketing experience preferred)Experience with marketing automation softwareExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and project management skills and superb attention to detailExperience in technology marketing for supply chain logistics solutions preferredAll new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171.
