We are looking for an Infrastructure, Exadata & Cloud Senior Engineer who will be responsible for delivering our customer infrastructure solutions for on-prem, public, multi-cloud, and Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) platforms, understanding the Customer Business to provide the best service.
What you'll do
Support the operation of infrastructure and platform deployments on-prem and in cloud, delivering services that drive customer success and innovation, becoming customer's trusted technical advisor.
Install, configure, and operate Exadata and other Oracle Infrastructure Platform products.
Deliver solution architecture advice, reviews, and conceptual support.
Analyze product problems to find resolutions.
Resolve new and complex issues, research technical enquiries, and handle user problems.
Support software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessments.
Educate customers on product features, issues, evolutions, upgrades, benefits, and patches.
Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems.
Job Requirements, Skills and Qualifications
Applicants are required to read, write, and speak Spanish, with fluency in English. Other languages are a plus.
Deliver services both remotely and onsite (Madrid area) depending on customer's requirements.
Availability to work on 24x7 Standby mode or in "out of business hours" to adapt to specific customer needs.
Advanced problem-solving skills.
Written and verbal communication including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
