This role involves creating multi-channel strategies that deliver both digital and non-digital solutions for diverse business and consumer needs. Emphasizing the use of data to inform campaigns from the outset, rather than merely measuring results, this approach aims to unlock creativity and drive better business decisions.The role will collaborate closely with other departments within Samy Alliance, including Creativity, Social, PR, and Influencers, to research and develop client proposals.Job FunctionsLead a team of 3 people with constant interaction across all departments.Membership in the executive committee of Samy Iberia.Research insights mining of consumer habits and trends (e.G., new consumer trends, industry analysis, cultural forces).Competitor analysis in relation to the category and brand sector (e.G., analyzing brand communication, social media & digital content and strategies, influencer strategies and dynamics).Participation in the interpretation of data and extraction of insights in collaboration with the Capture Intelligence department that are of value to brands.Monitoring brand performance.Supporting the client lead with the creation of consumer/business/industry trend reports (ideation of the structure, trend curation, storytelling, and learnings).Research methodologies development to create more personal and engaging communications driven by consumer data.Creating a compelling story based on the findings and insights.Discovering and building creative and digital strategies for the agency's clients.Developing digital and content strategies designed for our clients (e.G., strategic platforms, mapping customer interaction, strategic brand territories, main communication touchpoints).Development of strategic cases for our clients (festival submission perspective).Content strategy for clients through newsletters and workshops.Collaboration in the strategic vision of the brand client
