Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Vendor Relationship Management Specialist who would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain relationships with our agency partners community around the globe to ensure they perform as required.Act as the Point of Contact for daily operational support.Provide all necessary information (through communication channels, live meetings, etc.) for a well onboard process to ensure our agencies succeed in meeting client requirements and following our processes.Collaborate with internal content owners (Marketers, Medical Team, Sourcing) to confirm that the process is well implemented and followed.Ensure Creative Agencies Training Compliance and maintain the training curricula, confirming that agencies are performing as required after completing the training.Conduct analytics and reporting of the services provided by Agency Management.Maintain continuous communication with our internal and external community regarding new updates and functionalities of these trainings.Act as the point of contact for new training Quality Check trackers to be shared with the agencies.Ensure that agencies are performing as expected and succeeding in their work as agreed in their Service Level Agreements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Library & Information Science Degree, or similar.Vendor Relationship Management Experience.Experience with operational support, reporting, and new processes implementation.Project Management/Support Experience.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Client-oriented.Operational excellence.Good communication skills.Think outside the box mindset.Service Support skills (collaborating with stakeholders and supporting them).Sourcing experience is a plus.What Do We Offer:Permanent contract.Flexible schedule.Balance your professional and personal life.Trainings & Certifications: Improve your skills and obtain official certification from our main partners.Home Office.Flexible retribution (public transport ticket, restaurant ticket, etc.).Health insurance.About Us:We are a digital global company whose mission is to accelerate the business experience (BX) of its customers.
