Purpose
To support the implementation and continuous improvement of the DNV Business Assurance Customer Portal by collaborating with the Program Manager and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Implementation and Collaboration:
Work closely with the Program Manager to implement the Customer Portal's features and functionalities. Contribute to the development of the product vision and roadmap, aligning with DNV Business Assurance's business goals and customer needs.Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Ensure clear communication and understanding between the development team and stakeholders.Project Management:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Customer Portal, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements. Manage project timelines and resources effectively in coordination with the Program Manager.User Experience and Design:
Prioritize user-centric design principles, ensuring the portal is intuitive and easy to navigate. Implement features that enhance transparency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Continuous Improvement:
Monitor portal performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Lead efforts to continuously refine and enhance the portal's capabilities in coordination with the Program Manager.Quality Assurance:
Ensure the portal meets high standards of quality, security, and compliance. Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure reliable and consistent performance.Preferred Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with a focus on digital customer portals or self-service platforms. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex digital projects. Strong understanding of web technologies, user experience design, and agile development methodologies. Experience with tools and platforms related to customer portals, CRM systems, and digital self-service solutions.Other Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
