Now we are conquering the Spanish market, so we are looking for a Customer Support Representative with knowledge of Spanish, Ukrainian (Russian), and English!
Requirements Spanish Strong C1 level (at least writing) English Strong B2 level (at least writing) Good communication skills Quick studying to be ready to work with a big amount of data Client-based mentality Analytical and problem-solving skills Desire to grow in cryptocurrency knowledge Would be a plus: Chinese knowledge Experience in client support Cryptocurrency area knowledge (even on the basic user level) Responsibilities Assisting clients with any product related questions Closing tickets in one touch Record-keeping Team interaction We offer: Our own product Paid training (2 weeks) with a mentor Schedule to choose from: day or night shifts Real career growth at WhiteBIT Loyal and progressive management Payment revision policy every six months Legal and accounting support Paid vacation and sick days Remote work | Office work (Spain) Schedule: Training from 9:00-17:00 Mon-Fri (Sat, Sun - days off); after training (until the end of the trial period and beyond) 5 days from 08:00-16:00, 2 days off (these are weekdays, two in a row), 5 days from 14:00-22:00, 2 days off, then morning week, then evening week again.
