Don't worry, we are not asking you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements.We will assess if you have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.If you have the relevant professional qualification, such as CIA/CPA, it is a plus!1+ year of directly related experience in accounting, auditing and/or advisory services within the financial services sector (insurance and pension plan management preferred).Knowledge of Internal Audit processes, Internal Audit standards, internal control framework and audit testing methodologies.Understanding of the insurance industry, key markets, participants, innovation drivers, business issues, standards and guidelines, regulatory environment and developments is advantageous.Experience with using data analytics as part of audit work is advantageous.Good organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.Good Spanish and English (verbal and written) are required.
