Location: Madrid/Spain (hybrid) | Full-time Position Summary/Objective DeNexus is solving actionable cyber-risk management with our DeRISK Software as a Service (SaaS) offering to enhance the decision making of industrial operation risk owners and insurers.
The DeNexus Solution Engineer plays a crucial role in our organization in bridging the gap between the technical aspects of a product and the customer's needs, ensuring that the solution provided is effective, efficient, and tailored to the customer's specific requirements.
The person is connected to both the pre-sales and post-sales processes, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and the company's success.
Responsibilities/Duties Pre-Sales Support Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge of the company's products to support the sales process.

Customer Requirements Analysis: Work with potential clients to understand their specific needs and how the company's products can address those needs.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demos and presentations to showcase how the product meets customer requirements.
Our experienced sales team will train you to deliver great experiences autonomously.
Solution Design: Design tailored solutions based on the customer's environment and needs, ensuring the proposed solution is feasible and effective in collaboration with our technology, data and modelling teams.
Sales Support Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of technical proposals and quotes that align with customer needs and the company's offerings.
RFP/RFI Responses: Prepare responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring they are accurate and compelling.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with sales representatives to develop and refine sales strategies and tactics.
Implementation and Onboarding Technical Onboarding: Facilitate the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they can effectively use the product from the start.
Integration Support: Assist customers with integrating the company's products into their existing systems and workflows.
Training: Provide training sessions to customers to ensure they fully understand and can utilize the product's features.
Post-Sales Support Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for technical issues and questions, providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from customers on the product's performance and usability, communicating this back to the development and product teams.
Customer Success: Monitor customer usage and success, proactively addressing any issues that arise to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Improvement Innovation: Contribute ideas for product enhancements and new features based on customer feedback and industry trends.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing new product features and updates to ensure they meet customer needs and are free of defects.
Documentation and Reporting Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, implementation guides, and support materials.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and product performance to management and other stakeholders.
Networking Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, customers, and partners to enhance the company's market presence and reputation.
Industry Knowledge Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive.
ICS/OT and Cybersecurity industry knowledge is desirable.
Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
At least 5-8 years of pre-post sales/solution/implementation Engineer role in a cyber risk assessment company, cyber risk auditing company or OEM vendor, cybersecurity software vendor or cybersecurity service company or similar.
Cybersecurity designations such as CISSP (ISC2), CRISC (ISACA), GICSP (SANS) will help executing the role.
Multiple certifications and training in sales.
Enterprise/cyber - experience bringing cybersecurity solutions to end users of critical infrastructure, industrial technologies, or industrial control systems.
A prior employment with consulting and/or professional services, or technology company where you helped deploy solutions to customer sites will help you to succeed.
Knowledge or exposure to cyber/enterprise risk assessment or risk management projects.
Previous experience working with or for companies in different verticals and experience understanding customer technical and business related needs.
