Your Future Role Take on a new challenge and apply your testing activities expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside proactive teammates and provide support to the department in V&V tasks.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Testing & Verification), prepare and execute testing activities, and much more.
You'll specifically take care that the test tools are in perfect working order, participate in design reviews, and provide input on requirements, architecture, design, and potential problems.
We'll Look to You For: Verification: manage verification process (review, integration and testing).
Testing: test specification creation, traceability to requirements, test environment setup, test execution, test automation.
Integration: software and software/hardware integration.
Analyzing test results, reporting them to the design team, and creating test reports.
Setup/Update/Maintain the test labs for various test hardware and software configurations.
Learn and apply new tools, techniques, and processes in an environment that focuses on continuous improvement.

Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: 3-5 years' experience in software testing and verification (Rail transportation industry preferred).
Good knowledge and experience in programming languages: script languages, Python, Visual Basic, C/C++.
Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of agile software development.
Experience with software development tools such as .NET, VB6, Visual C++, Eclipse, Git, Gerrit, DOORS, Jenkins.
Would be a plus: ISTQB Certification.
