Our team is growing, and for this, we need bright minds with creativity and flexibility - what talent do you have? For our Madrid office, we are looking for an Omnichannel Excellence Lead, working 8 days per month out of the office.

As Omnichannel Excellence Lead, you will be working strategically and tactically with the local I&A Lead, the local business functions, and the regional Strategy & BusOps team members.
Through your collaborations across the Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams, you will build and maintain the OCE capabilities on our continuous work to embed and develop our OCE capabilities.
To that end you will:

Drive continuous refinement of customer segmentation and personas, as well as develop campaigns and facilitate the review/approval by business functions.Manage the Omnichannel project portfolio and budget.Directly create digital promotional content yourself in the locally used systems (mostly CRM and SFMC).
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for larger content creation projects.Directly implement communications in digital channels, such as newsletters, HCP platforms, and others, in alignment with local strategy and compliance.In collaboration with the I&A Lead, identify and monitor meaningful KPIs to track the promotional effectiveness of campaigns.Translate between business needs and technology experts to ensure the sustainable build-up of Omnichannel capabilities.Support the digitalization of brand plan development and implementation processes (e.g., ensure proper use of Veeva). Apart from being a skilled digital marketeer with strong collaboration and business skills, you will have:
A university degree (marketing or science preferably).3+ years of experience driving and implementing digital marketing in a brand strategy within pharma or a different industry but similar function (digital customer engagement, digital marketing campaign management, or similar).Strong understanding of Veeva/CRM and SFMC, or similar software.Command of methods for digital content creation, for example, HTML, or similar.Fluent written & spoken English and Spanish.
